I had an amazing cooking class with Sprout! Mendy taught us how to cook delicious dishes I have never tried before during my nine times in Thailand. The best part of the experience was that we did everything from scratch. We picked up fresh ingredients on the local farm which Mendy supports (as well as many other local producers) and made our own coconut milk.
I felt more like a friend than a customer.
